Service Introduction
Xiamen Airlines provide special port-to-port air transportation services for shipments and parcels of small sizes, which include “designated flights” and “preferential ground-handling services” etc. We also offer services of repackaging and attaching express tags etc. according to our customers’ request.
This service only applies to the domestic cargo departing from Xiamen and Fuzhou whose chargeable weight is below 100 kilograms per piece, including general or valuable cargo as well as cargo of high value or with high insurance amount.
1. Priority: We promise to transport express cargo in strict accordance with the designated flights and still guarantee its priority of stowage when flight lodes change accidentally.
2. Efficiency: We allow consigning express cargo 1.5 hours before the departure time of the designated flights.
3. Special Guarantee: We provide consignment priority service at the departure port and quick collection service at the destination port for express cargo.
